Education is central to development and a key to attaining the Millennium Development Goals. It is one of the most powerful instruments for reducing poverty and inequality and lays a foundation for sustained economic growth. The World Bank's strategic thrust is to help countries integrate education into national economic strategies and develop holistic education systems responsive to national socio economic needs.

Enable to meet this goal, the education sector must focus on producing a highly employable graduates. But how could this be! The education institution must offer indemand careers globally . The curriculum must be up to date and they must provide a well equiped facilities to hasten the students learning. The training must be rigid and the most important is limiting the number of minor subjects enable for students to focus on their fields for them to be equiped and prepared. Minor subjects are just confusions in the minds of students and I do not consider it as an efficient way of learning and just an additional expenses for us students. I think this the reason why the philippines could not met the Millennium Development Goals, because of its poor education system. The best type of education system that a country must have is through catering the needs of the country for its development in any aspect not on personal interest.
